WADE D. BAYNE
Managing Partner
Wade is a senior sales and marketing executive with 25+ years of experience in the consumer-packaged goods sector. Prior to his recent entrepreneurial venture Wade worked corporately for three Fortune 500 Companies encompassing 15 different categories of business with responsibility for significant revenue and profit targets.
Wade has strategic expertise in crafting brand and sales strategies and executing with discipline. Wade is a highly committed change agent with experience leading through organizational change. He has spent 4 years with brewing giant Molson Coors as Director of Sales, BC. Prior to that he was the Associate Marketing Director at Procter & Gamble in Toronto, Ontario. Wade has an Associate Degree, Marketing from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Queen’s School of Business in Kingston, Ontario.
ANSON G. FROST
Managing Partner
Anson was born and raised in Vancouver and attended both Simon Fraser University and the University of Western Ontario School of Business, (now known as The Ivey Business School) where he graduated with an HBA (Honours Business Administration) degree.
Immediately following graduation, he embarked on a nineteen-year career as a commercial realtor. He acted mainly on behalf of corporate clients, acquiring, selling, and leasing commercial properties. He was a principal and sales manager of a commercial real estate company-based Vancouver.
In 1995 he started the company which has expanded to become Priority Management – Vancouver. This entity has grown into one of the leading Priority Management organizations in the world and is a member in the 55 plus family of companies in the Priority Management global organization.
As well, Anson appears as a guest speaker at a wide variety of corporate events to talk on management training topics in general and organization issues specifically.

Senior Account Executive
As a Senior Account Executive at Priority Management Vancouver Corey brings experience helping clients upskill their organizations. Known for a client-first mindset and a proven ability to navigate complex challenges, Corey works closely with organizations to understand their goals, align solutions, and deliver outcomes that drive long-term value. Throughout his career, Corey has built a reputation for strong relationship management, insightful problem-solving, and consistently exceeding performance targets. He is passionate about helping clients unlock efficiency, improve performance, and gain a competitive edge.

Corey brings a strong track record in sales, having generated nearly $1 million in training revenue and worked with major clients like BMO. Additionally, Corey is the founder of PathMate, a company focused on intelligent sales automation. With a passion for streamlining systems and helping teams grow, Corey blends modern tech with practical sales strategies to drive results.
LAURA RYANE
Manager of Operations
Laura has more than 27 years of experience with Priority Management gained in a wide variety of roles, including education, sales, account management and data administration. She is a detail-oriented professional with key strengths in needs analysis, client partnering and project leadership.
PHIL MENTACOS
Certified Priority Management Trainer
Phil’s background includes developing and delivering training in both technical and non-technical content in both corporate and academic environments. He has developed and maintained detailed documentation and reference material. He has conducted several train-the-trainer programs and has project managed organization initiatives.
Phil’s experience is complemented by an MBA, an Adult Education Diploma, and a Bachelor of General Studies (Computer Science, Business, Math and Economics).
ADI RUPAREL
Certified Priority Management Trainer
Adi has spent the past decade designing and delivering Microsoft Office training programs for professionals across a wide range of organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, non-profits and startups. With the rise of remote work, he expanded his reach internationally, providing virtual training to clients in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Dubai, India, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Over the course of his career, he has trained more than 3,500 professionals worldwide through a combination of live virtual seminars and in-person workshops.
Adi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, where he received scholarships recognizing both academic achievement and contributions to campus life. His professional background also includes managerial and consulting roles in early-stage ventures within the consumer-packaged goods and property technology / real estate sectors, working directly with Founders / CEOs on strategic planning, marketing, finance, and operations initiatives / projects. These roles gave him firsthand insight into how companies pivot and scale in rapidly changing environments.
CHERYL GONCALVES
Certified Priority Management Trainer
Cheryl joined Priority Management - Vancouver in 2014 as a member of the facilitation, coaching and consulting team. After earning her Bachelor of Science - Computer Science/Mathematics degree from Simon Fraser University, Cheryl’s career has included working as a programmer and computer support specialist in corporate and customer service environments. Currently, she not only delivers the company’s established programs but also coaches and delivers presentations on workplace effectiveness and productivity. Cheryl’s main role is course leader in upper management environments for a wide variety of organizations including all levels of government and crown corporations, Indigenous groups, and both small and large corporations from numerous industries.
ERIC HEES
Certified Priority Management Trainer - Project/Process Management Specialist
A Project Management Specialist, Eric has supported clients in developing Execution Plans for critical, complex, and time-sensitive projects, including a corporate merger between two cross-border organizations with 25,000 staff, the amalgamation of 13 Emergency Call Centers into 3 Regional Centers serving over 4 million and the design/build of a new production facility for a National Food Processor.
Eric has over 25 years of facilitating, consulting, and coaching experience, a passion for excellence and deep understanding that processes and procedures are integral to corporate excellence and results. He has worked with clients to map and improve processes in industries including Manufacturing, Aquaculture, Engineering, Financial, Education, Gaming, Forestry, Petroleum, Crop Science, Municipal Governance and Applied Research.
GILBERT OKELLO
Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Specialist
Gilbert Okello is a senior Microsoft 365 consultant with over 30 years of experience in the IT industry and 15 years of deep specialization in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. He is a recognized expert in SharePoint Online (SPO) architecture, Teams governance, and enterprise digital transformation, with a proven track record of delivering scalable, user-centric solutions for public sector and enterprise clients.
Gilbert has successfully led end-to-end migration projects from legacy systems to SPO, using tools such as ShareGate, AvePoint, Metalogix, BitTitan, Microsoft Migration Manager, and PowerShell scripting to ensure secure, compliant, and disruption-free transitions. His work consistently aligns with client governance models and emphasizes full documentation, auditability, and knowledge transfer.
PATRICK GALASSO
Corporate Training Specialist
Patrick Galasso is a corporate training and enablement strategist, contributing 30 years of facilitation, business development, and sales and marketing experience to Priority Management.
Leading cross-functional teams across North America, Patrick most recently drove transformation and solution acceleration in the partner ecosystem of a global software company. He has motivated individuals and teams to hit their personal and organizational targets through coaching, mentoring, and modelling effective communication strategies that convert goals and objectives into achievements and success.

Patrick brings broad theoretical knowledge to his extensive practical experience serving clients in public and private enterprise, with his recent Master's in Organizational Psychology from the University of London, where he was awarded Distinction in Learning and Development.
